Aapt Consultants in providing services in the area of manpower outsourcing. Working with leading companies in India it provides services to close to 20 companies and has approximately 300 employees on its rolls on an outsourced basis. The outsourced employees are on the rolls of Aapt consultants which take care of completion of documents, opening of bank accounts, registration with PF and ESI authorities, tracking their leave entitlements and payment of salary. At the end of each month a consolidated invoice is raised to the client along with the service charges applicable. The clients get a benefit of reduction of headcount and removal of administrative hassles almost immediately.
